I just started throwing knives about a month and a half ago, and the other day, I got an idea while watching my wife combing her hair with one of those rat tail combs. I set up a cardboard box as a target and began throwing the comb. It stuck nicely from about 8 feet. I tried with a couple of different types of combs and the heavier ones worked the best. You can even buy some that have a metal tail. I'm sure that would work great. Comb throwing is good indoor fun. Although to my surprise, the comb actually put significant dents in our wooden desk. So beware. If you have any pictures you'd like to share, you can send them to: Scott Gracia It's free, and there's no obligation. |
