"I've been throwing steel around off and on for a few years. Unfortunately not often enough to be seriously good at it. I have started making knives as well and hope to design a good thrower some day. My favourite throwing items are a huge meat cleaver, circular saw blades, various shapes and sizes of knives and the odd shuriken or two."
