I was able to throw 1/2 thru 2 full spins without any problems and suspect 3 spins could be thrown effectively! The sheath with the belt clip/boot clip is nice. It actually would make a nice boot knife. It has great weight (6.5oz) and the blade design/thickness make it a great smaller thrower at just under 9" and 3/16" thick. This is definitely NOT a floater! It's a winner in my book! - A.
